I recently returned from a corporate retreat at the Hampton in Provo and wanted to share my experience, especially for fellow business travelers. While I’ve always enjoyed staying at Hammons, this one felt a bit dated. The meeting facilities, measuring 676 square feet, were adequate for our needs and featured a well-appointed meeting room. I appreciated the ease of connecting to the high-speed internet, which made remote work during breaks seamless. the 24-hour reception ensured we could access assistance whenever necessary. One standout was the hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. Though not a lavish stay, the Hampton serves its purpose for business trips, especially with its proximity to major corporate offices and the Utah Valley Convention Center. With essentials like air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and an indoor pool, it caters well to both work and leisure. Just a heads up—take care when navigating the grounds; Some areas felt neglected. Suitable for a functional business retreat.
